I am a Frontend Developer with more than three years of experience in professional projects, excelling primarily in development with React.js and, to a lesser extent, in Flutter. I reside in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and have a proactive approach towards continuous improvement, always seeking to expand my knowledge through work and personal projects.

I have knowledge in React, React Native, TypeScript, Flutter, Dart, state management libraries such as MobX, Redux, or Context API, UI libraries like Material UI, Chakra UI, React JSS, and unit and e2e testing with Cypress, Jest, and Testing Library. I also have some backend knowledge with Express, NestJS, Socket.IO, and MongoDB.

2021 - Actual

Shipnow is a company focused on the management of shipping logistics and integration with e-commerce platforms. I am part of the frontend team responsible, along with the Backend, UX/UI, and Product teams, for the maintenance and development of 4 applications, 2 web apps, a design system published on npm, and a mobile app developed in Flutter.

Core Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement reusable and modular components based on the specifications of the UX/UI team and integrate them into Storybook. The components are mostly built using React's Material UI and an older portion with Sass and ReactJss.
- Write and execute unit/e2e tests with jest/react-testis-library/cypress to ensure the functionality and quality of the code.
- Analyze the requirements and designs provided by the Product and UI/UX teams, evaluate the technical feasibility of the requirements, and provide feedback.
- Develop the requirements in a scalable manner, following the best practices used by the company and the documentation provided to me in Figma, Whimsical, Notion, and Jira.
- Application maintenance: The apps are quite old, and whenever possible, i am responsible for updating libraries, refactoring code, and optimizing design patterns to improve the security, efficiency, and performance of the applications.
- Maintenance and development of the mobile app built with Flutter, which is used by the company's drivers to make deliveries or pick up orders.
- Critical thinking and code review: All PRs are subject to evaluation, first by the UX team and then by the technical lead or myself. In this evaluation, we discuss and review portions of code that can be improved or that do not meet the provided designs.
